I create a safe space where people can talk openly about what has happened in their lives and figure out how to move forward towards a fulfilling life. This often involves working through core wounds, which can be challenging but ultimately reduces emotional suffering.
Every therapeutic relationship is unique. My approach is holistic, considering your mind, body, and soul. We work comfortably yet push boundaries to facilitate change. The sessions can be in-person, online, or a hybrid option that suits your schedule.
We can take our time to identify what is holding us back and tune into that inner power we already have.
